Module 1: Finding Your VoiceOn the first module of the programme, you'll identify and prioritise your values so that you can speak clearly and compellingly from the heart.
Module 2: Crucial Conversations
On the second module, you'll conduct exercises to help you thrive in one-to-one situations that are essential to get right: interviews, assessments, feedback sessions and more. You'll work on the language of influence and empathy to connect with others and encourage positive change.
Module 3: Authentic PerformanceIn
the final stage of the programme, you'll bring your previous learning
to bear as you develop and deliver outstanding presentations. You'll
learn how to structure your ideas so that they appeal to the widest
range of people. You'll learn how to use your voice and body to
underscore your points. You'll learn how to build upon your strengths
and vary your style so that when you speak, everyone will listen.
