David helps people communicate more clearly, perform more effectively and make the most of the opportunities in their work. David formed Total Awareness Coaching in 2004 to provide coaching and training services for businesses and not-for-profit organisations.
David trained with and is certified as a trainer of NLP by Dr. John Grinder (the co-creator of NLP), Carmen Bostic St. Clair and Michael Carroll. David trained as a coach with the Coaching Academy, and received Master Coach Certification through the Behavioural Coaching Institute.
In addition to his work as a coach, trainer and facilitator, David is an experienced actor and director of Shakespeare's plays. He holds an MA from the University of Essex in Shakespearean Theatre, and he is currently at work on a book exploring patterns of thought in Shakespeare's plays.
Using a combination of NLP and coaching techniques, David specialises in addressing communications challenges - helping people connect more effectively with colleagues, staff, the media - and, most importantly, themselves.
